John is currently enrolled in the PGA "Specialized" Professional program, with a focus in Golf Operations. This is an educational program through the PGA of America that advances Professionals through career learning to "Certified" and finally, "Master" Professionals.
John is the recipient of the PGA Assistant Golf Professional of the Year Award (CNY Section, 2018) and was nominated for CNY Section awards in PGA Player Development (2019) and Golf Professional of the Year (2021).
